Favourite Fishing Locations in East Indonesia

Sea Flores and Savu Sea, Nusa East southeast
Flores sea around like pulaualor, Lembata, Sumba, Komodo island, until Rote. Big waves with the ocean depths to 3000 meters, became the perennial favorite of anglers. Many fish in the fish most hunting there.
Fishing tourism infrastructure is not adequate but much-loved by the angler.
Here also there is usually an annual competition Grand Prix East Nusa Tenggara Game Fishing Tournament.

Biaro Island, North Sulawesi and Doi Island North Laloda, Halmahera, North Maluku
Ocean depths to 5000 meters, big waves and wind weather is often changing with the Pacific Ocean that are rich in large sized fish are very popular within anglers.
Fishing tourism infrastructure is not yet available, but there is a traditional boat.
Around Biaro island there are three sea mount reef which have large fish population.
In Biaro island, Manado, there is an annual competition cup kasal international sport fishing tournament.
In Halmahera also have fishing competition called  north halmahera fishing tournament.

Banda Sea, Aru Sea, Ocean surrounding the island of Kei, Maluku
Depths to 5000 meters are also big waves and wind that it is always changing.
Have good infrastructure for tourism, but to provoke yet available. Local fisherman usually rent their boat.
There are many Drop Off Zone who become a den of big fish.

Water depths >1000 meters,  waves calm, with winds often change.
Perfect for popping, jigging and trolling.
Available infrastructure, fishing tours, a number of resorts rent out sometime.

Fakfak Sea, Kanka, to Kaimana, West PapuaSea depth of more than 1000 meters with a wind that often change.
The best place to fish tuna with a weight of 90 kgs.
The best time for fishing is the month of November.
Tourist infrastructure available. Some of the resort rents fishing boats with experienced crew.

South Bali sea especially in clusters around Nusa Ceningan and Lembongan.
Fishing tours available with adequate infrastructure.
Favorite places for popping, jigging, trolling, and the waves were fairly calm.
